Interval, scale and chord reference

A local music theory reference: fourteen scales with correct degree spelling (including E# in F sharp major and Bb in B flat major), nineteen chords from triads to ninth chords, interval names and symbols including compound and descending cases, and transposition of a note list with chromatic spelling.
