Font technical quality check

Checks a binary font file by its table structure: whether the required head, hhea, hmtx, maxp, cmap, name, post and the glyf and loca outlines are present, whether the magic number and em size in head are right, whether ascender is above descender in hhea, whether hmtx and loca lengths match the glyph count, whether cmap has a Unicode subtable, whether family, subfamily and full names exist, and whether the whole-file checksum matches. It gives a 0–100 score and a list of errors and warnings.
