Accessible text to braille

Translates text into braille with its own uncontracted (grade 1) translator: the Ukrainian alphabet, Latin letters, digits with a number sign, a letter sign after digits, a capital sign and a double capital sign for all-caps words, and punctuation. Every character appears in a table with its cell, its Unicode code point (U+2800–U+28FF) and its type, while unsupported characters never break the translation — they are listed in the table and counted. The result can be downloaded as JSON.
