Kalendarz urlopów zespołu

Prowadzi ewidencję urlopów z własnych list: liczy dni każdego wniosku wraz z oboma końcami, sumuje dla każdego pracownika dni wykorzystane, dni w toku, saldo i przekroczenie, buduje kalendarz zespołu na każdy dzień roku z liczbą osób na urlopie i szczytem jednoczesnej nieobecności, znajduje konflikty, gdy dwa zatwierdzone wnioski jednego pracownika się nakładają, oraz ostrzega o przekroczeniu limitu i o wnioskach poza wybranym rokiem. Pokazuje tabele wniosków, salda i dni szczytowych oraz eksportuje saldo do CSV.

Tracks leave from your own lists: it counts the days of every request including both ends, totals taken days, days in progress, the remaining balance and the overspend per employee, builds a team calendar for every day of the year with the number of people on leave and the peak of simultaneous absence, finds conflicts where two confirmed requests of one employee overlap, and warns about exceeding the limit and about requests outside the chosen year. It shows request, balance and peak-day tables and exports the balance as CSV.
